Balaji Agro Industries manages a 5,000-acre farmland in Uganda, with over 1,200 acres exclusively dedicated to Hass avocado plantations. This strategic focus allows us to:

We propagate our own avocado seedlings in-house, ensuring high-yield, disease-resistant plants. These are also shared with local farmers under a farm-outgrower model, empowering rural communities and securing large-scale fruit supply.
